At the Hotel
we have a selection of suites that can accommodate between
10 to 300 guests. Our Cologne and Dublin Suites are
ideal for small private parties, whilst our New York
and Shanghai Suites best lend themselves to around 30
- 40 guests and make for an excellent informal wedding
reception or even a cosy family function.
The main suite, the Liverpool Suite,
is designed to be able to be split into three separate
rooms which, no matter what size of the event, we
can find a perfect match for.
Our Function Banqueting Menus have been designed with you in mind and have evolved as the Hotel has grown. The Hotels Executive Head Chef, Simon Pye, has listened to our clients and now believes that what we have created is both excellent value for money as well as of an exceptionally high level of quality.
